Ted, I doubt that you’ll read this personally, but I truly would like to hear from you. My name is Rob, I live in TN. I’m currently a project manager with ***** Properties, in the renovation dept of multi-family housing. My wife also is in the business, she is area manager of 4 apt communities in and around the Nashville area, also multi family housing. Although she is with ***** realty, a different co. than myself. I’m indeed intrigued by the course you offer, but at the same time skeptical.
