I’ve purchased many courses and just purchased another a few weeks ago all promising the same thing but falling short.

The no money down, bad credit lure is exciting but always falls short. I need to know where to find the money for broker commissions and closing cost on owner financing. I can find deals but can’t find the money. I can’t get my apartment investment “dreams” off the ground.
