Ted, I doubt that you’ll read this personally, but I truly would like to hear from you. My name is Rob, I live in TN. I’m currently a project manager with ***** Properties, in the renovation dept of multi-family housing. My wife also is in the business, she is area manager of 4 apt communities in and around the Nashville area, also multi family housing. Although she is with ***** realty, a different co. than myself. I’m indeed intrigued by the course you offer, but at the same time skeptical. Dear Ted,

First I am enjoying your mini course as well as all the articles from Bigger Pockets.. (Great stuff).

My questions:

1.) Does your book/course contain info and purchasing Apts. where the owner is willing to take a down payment and completely carry the note (i.e. land contract, lease option etc)?

2.) Does the book/course have info on how to best set up for a refinance out the above scenario.

**I have 2 investors from lateral business venture where they profited nicely with my help and I gained their respect and trust. They are both willing to do this provided the set up is rock solid. **
